Direction To Use: You apply Kiss Me just like a regular liquid eyeliner. It is important that you do not use moisturizers, foundations, etc... before applying the eyeliner. Kiss Me requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly to your skin. It will take Kiss Me approximately 1 minute to set.
***When removing Kiss Me eyeliner, you will require a combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure. Be sure not using oil-base make-up remover (water based only) since nothing oily can make Kiss Me come off...not even if you have really oily skin.
