Description: With oil-free, alcohol-free and water-soluble gentle cleaner, this Soothing Eye Make-up Remover specially formulated to instantly dissolve all traces of eyes and lip make-up, including stuboorn mascara. Clean-rinsing, conditioning gel helps strengthen lashes and conditions the delicate eyelid area. It won't sting, irritate or leave an oily residue on the eyes. It is ideally for contact lens wearers as well.
Directions: Apply a small amount to wet cotton. Remove eye and lip make-up by gently massaging over the area. Rinse thoroughly.
