Q: How do you handle my personal information?
A: Please note Perfect Cosmetic DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR TRADE your personal information with third party. Your personal information is stored separately from unauthorized internet access, which means it is isolated from the internet.

Q: How to place an order from your store?
A: Whenever you are checking any item from our store, you can simply to click ADD TO CART on the page for each item that you are looking for to your SHOPPING CART. After you have finished the shopping from our store, you may simply CHECK OUT by following few steps on the screen.

Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?
A: As we provide wide variety choices to customers for selecting the method of the payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AE, JCB, Discover, PayPal, Money Order, and Checks.

Q: I want to pay either personal check or money order as the payment option for my order, what can I do?
A: We will notify the buyer who has selected to pay by Check/Money Order during the Check Out via email for the further instructions. Please note due to the limitations for processing international check or money order, we're currently only accept CAD or USD funds Check/Money Order which is issued by valid and registered financial institutions in United States or Canada.

Q: What if I want my order to be shipped by other preferred carrier?
A: Simply to contact us by email

Q: My shipping rate is better than yours, can you waive the shipping and sending the parcel by collect?
A: Yes, but we only accept Purolater, UPS, and Fedex to send by collect at this moment. Simply provide your account number and the shipper’s name, and then we will arrange the shipment to you right away.

Q: I live in Canada, do I need to pay taxes and duty?
A: For customers who live in Canada are needed to pay 6% GST and customers who live in Ontario, Canada are need to pay 6% GST + 8% PST. Since all shipments are sent from Canada, so domestic orders do not need to pay duty.

Q: I’m not living in Canada, do I need to pay taxes or duty?
A. No tax is needed to pay for customers who are from United States or other countries. All international orders (including United States) will be labeled as "GIFT" and declared the value of the products under the appropriate amount to prevent customs duty charges. So far, no customer has complained the similar issue.

Q: Your store asked me to enter security code when I was trying to pay by credit card, what is it and why?
A. Security Code, also known CARD VERIFICATION VALUE CODE (CVV) which is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand. The CVV code is a security feature for "card not present" transactions (e.g., Internet transactions), and now appears on most (but not all) major credit and debit cards. This new feature is a three- or four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself. Q: Can you ship my order to other address rather than the address on my credit card?
A. Due to the security issue, we normally do not accept to ship order to the different address rather than the buyer’s credit card address unless the buyer can provide the appropriate reasons.

Q: If I can’t find the products that I want from your store, what can I do?

Q: If I can’t receive my order after the delivery time period stated above, what can I do?
A. There could be many reasons for parcel delay sometimes parcels may be hold in Customs for longer periods of time, sometimes due to the holiday peek seasons, etc... Due to Canada Post Postal Service guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A. We do not accept returns on any over-the-counter medications unless they are expired or damaged. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please note we do not accept cross shipment, we will only resend the item as soon as we received the returned item. If the item is paid by credit card, refund will be issued back to the original credit card. We personally insure all parcels on your behalf.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
