Perfect Cosmetic offers the following Returns Policy:
Perfect Cosmetic is not responsible for shipment loss or damaged unless customer requested traceable or registered shipping methods (such as Expedited Service to US, Express Post Standard and Express...).  We do not accept returns on any over-the-counter medications unless they are expired or damaged. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please note we do not accept cross shipment, item received not in original packing and it must be never opened condition, we will only resend the item as soon as we received the returned item. Refund may be issued to the store credit note under the buyer's account for the next purchase or credited back to the buyer's credit card or Paypal account.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Order usually ships within 24 hours.

3. Seller has the right to arrange the method to send the shipment without notifying the buyer.
4. Free shipping is sent by Canada Post Standard Air Service and offered to US and Canada customers when purchasing over CAD$180.00 (Before tax for customers from Canada) on the same order.
5. The information of the delivery time shown in the table above is just estimated by Canada Post. Normally, on time delivery is within the specified time. However, delivery time sometimes may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances.
6. All international orders (including United States) will be labeled as "GIFT" and declared the value of the products under the appropriate amount to prevent customs duty charges
7. Due to Canada Post Postal Service guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date
8. Buyer who wishes to pay by Check/Money Order please make sure check or money order is payable to: KOSSI INC
