We ship all orders by Canada Post unless special request.

• Standard service is sent by air, delivery time 4 to 10 days
• Expedited service is sent by ground, delivery time 5 to 10 days
• UPS Standard (US only) is sent by ground, delivery time 5 to 7 days
• UPS Express (International only) is sent by air, delivery time normally 1 to 3 days (Quotation required by sending email to seller)

4. Free shipping is sent by Canada Post Standard Air Service and offered to US and Canada customers when purchasing over CAD$180.00 (Before tax for customers from Canada) on the same order.
   
5. The information of the delivery time shown in the table above is just estimated by Canada Post. Normally, on time delivery is within the specified time. However, delivery time sometimes may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances.
   
6. All international orders (including United States) will be labeled as "GIFT" and declared the value of the products under the appropriate amount to prevent customs duty charges
   
7. Due to Canada Post Postal Service guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date
   

IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (OUTSIDE North America):
Canada Post Standard Air service is not available when order (including box and wrapping materials) is over 1.5kg and buyer must select Express Post Air service (limited countries are qualified to use this service, otherwize, order must be shipped by UPS, please see the detail as follows). Seller will notify the buyer to confirm the weight of the order is under or over 1.5kg by sending email.

Order must be shipped by UPS International Air Service (Order over 1.5kg including Box and wrapping materials) when sending to the following countries:

• ALL countries in Africa
• ALL countries in South East Asia
• ALL countries in Middle East
• Asia countries

Shipping cost must be quoted by Perfect Cosmetic. Buyer is responsible to pay the balance or full amount of the shipping cost (if applicable) before sending out the order. Perfect Cosmetic has resevered the right to make the final decision if the buyer's country is not qualified in the list below or buyer is not paying the balance or the full amount of the shipping cost.
